Mark has over 25 years corporate finance experience having been lead adviser on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of sectors.

 

Prior to establishing Jasper in 2002 (which later merged with Assay in 2017) Mark was a corporate finance partner at KPMG where he was head of M&A and Valuations for the Central Region of the UK.

 

His transaction experience includes fund raising, acquisitions, MBO’s, MBI’s, valuations, restructurings and most notably company sales, where he has personally completed well in excess of 200 deals.

Currently, Mark is also the chairman of Wilmington Group PLC having previously served as a non-executive director with the Group for 8 years. Wilmington specialises in the provision of information and training to selected professional business markets.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys watching rugby, including following the Lions tour in Australia and has lent his support to the Kids Out charity for a number of years.
